Built in the early 1900’s and remodeled many times since, the property was purchased in such disrepair that storage was the highest and best use. Not wanting to deal with management hassles of an old infrastructure, the building was reconfigured to fit the end use goals. Our design incorporated new infrastructure and amenities mixed in with the old brick building to provide an eclectic look that you would find in larger metropolitan cities. The design and remodel was successful both aesthetically and financially. The building was 100% leased up prior to completion of construction.
