This project is on a multi-tenant parcel at Hayden Avenue and Hwy 95 in Hayden, Idaho. The bank needed to have a temporary facility open immediately. Accommodations were made to allow for immediate occupancy with a temporary building and the new two story facility was built without impacting their business.
Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
Located at 223 West Ironwood Drive in Coeur d’Alene, we were able to create and segregate a new parcel out of an existing Shopko parking lot in a high traffic area where no other land was available. Entitlements for this project included segregation, utility extensions and easements, reciprocal access easements, design criteria and “no build” time frames.
Lewiston, Idaho
Located in the heart of Nez Perce Plaza shopping center in Lewiston, Idaho, this site posed many challenges. Except for a shallow area of topsoil, this site was solid bedrock. In addition, Thain Road which is the frontage road, sloped from downtown Lewiston to the orchards. We installed three signalized intersections into this development and staggered the lots into tiers for maximum usability. We also constructed secondary access roads to connect two of the signalized intersections all of which allow maximum exposure for this project.
