Initially we were approached by four physicians in the Lewiston area to help develop their project on land they had under contract. After several meetings, we ended up providing our full developer service package including comparing optional sites. The project was not built on the original site but in a high growth area with better appreciation and lower site costs
Our consultation included, but was not limited to, site evaluation and negotiations, entitlements, selecting the design team, negotiation of financing, selecting the construction team, initial and final soft and hard cost budgeting, construction oversight, value engineering and a turnkey turnover. The full developer service package allowed the physicians to continue to work full time and then make a smooth transition into their new facility.
