Nez Perce Plaza - Lewiston, Idaho
Lewiston’s retail corridor is located on 21st Street and Thain Road, running north south on a hillside. We identified a large undeveloped parcel of land in the center of the retail corridor as a potential opportunity. The problem with the site was the dramatic grade differences as it related to the major retail corridor. We were able to convince Home Depot and Safeway to believe in our design and after moving an estimated 2 million cubic yards of material and installing three signalized intersections, we have developed the Nez Perce Plaza. In addition to Safeway, our tenants include Walgreens, Applebee's, Panda Express, AmericanWest Bank, Petco, Fashion Bug, Ross Dress for Less, Pier 1, Famous Footwear, Eddie Bauer and many smaller regional and national tenants.
