Developed on an outparcel purchased from Fred Meyer, this strip center has had a high level of occupancy since completion. We committed to this area with the hope of future growth that has come to fruition. The Wandermere area is now one of the more desirable retail areas in Spokane.
Evergreen & Sprague Strip Center - Spokane Valley, Washington
Part of a three acre development that includes AutoZone, Wakeup Coffee and Tracy Jewelers, we are designing a new strip center and have plans to begin construction in 2008.

Hayden Lake, Idaho
Part of a larger development with AmericanWest Bank, we will be remodeling an existing 12,000 square foot warehouse facility into a multi-tenant building. Due to the challenges with the existing roof line, we worked with our architects to come up wit ha design that would compliment AmericanWest Bank and provide immediate recognition for new tenants. In addition to the remodel, we are designing a 6,000 square foot strip building for the Hayden road frontage.
