Part of the Nez Perce Plaza development, the Walgreens project was designed prior to the completion of any concrete negotiations. We felt that the community needed a Walgreens and committed our best retail corner with the hope that we could negotiate a future deal. It took two years to convince and gain a valued tenant to our development.
Yakima, Washington
We brokered and provided partial developer services for this project. The property owners had been unable to negotiate a lease with Walgreens when we were approached to provide the services required to help both parties agree to mutually acceptable terms. This project had many moving parts due to a congested intersection and the requirement to relocate a number of tenants.
29th & Grand, Spokane, Washington
This project is located on some of the most exclusive real estate in the Spokane market due to dense housing and limited zoning. The property owner had the foresight to assemble a large parcel of property at the Northwest corner of 29th & Grand Avenue. By doing this, we were able to bring Walgreens to this project as a broker and also provide full developer services to entitle, design, and construct a “Build to Suit” for the property owner.
