With over fourteen years of experience in various capacities in real estate and mortgage financing, JoAnn manages the day to day operations of Selkirk Real Estate and Selkirk Development in addition to focusing on Property Management activities. JoAnn has experience with managing multi-tenant office buildings, retail strip centers, single user retail, and warehouse and flex-space properties. She enjoys the challenges of Property Management and building relationships with valued tenants and building owners.
