Development

Walgreen’s Lewiston, Idaho: This outparcel is part of the Nez Perce Plaza development. We took a risk by designing and constructing this parcel prior to Walgreen’s interest in the Lewiston market. We had many opportunities to develop on our most desirable property but waited two years for Walgreen’s to commit to our project.

Walgreen’s Spokane, Washington: Selkirk was given the task of finding Walgreen’s a location on the South Hill of Spokane. This project was a product of an extensive land assemblage of existing buildings on the NWC of Grand Avenue and 29th. This project was a full service fee development due to the existing property owner’s […]

Walgreen’s East Wenatchee, Washington: Selkirk purchased and razed an outdated movie theatre to provide land for a Walgreen’s development completed in 2012. Steep grade of the property and existing road systems took a great deal of creative engineering to provide acceptable access, parking and visibility for a successful project.

Snap Fitness Hayden, Idaho: Snap Fitness approached us to develop a building for them on a vacant parcel that is part of a larger development. The building was designed for maximum exposure to the signalized intersection at Hayden and Highway 95. The project was completed in November of 2011 and Snap expanded less than […]

Safeway Lewiston, Idaho: This project was designed for Fred Meyer. Large flat areas available within the core retail area did not exist. This rolling hillside was engineered in terraces to allow for large retail tenants. Fred Meyer was in transition and could not commit when another tenant, Home Depot, required co-tenancy to move forward. […]

Nez Perce Plaza Lewiston, Idaho: Originally designed for a Fred Meyer anchor, this large development was transitioned to a Safeway-Home Depot anchored center when Fred Meyer was sold to Kroger. Located on a hill, the challenge was how to make usable and accessible parcels for the retailers committed to this project. Estimates of up […]

Multi-Tenant Wandermere Fred Meyer Spokane, Washington: On a parcel purchased from Fred Meyer, this project was designed and originally built for Blockbuster Video as the anchor tenant. Over time this project has maintained a high occupancy rate over the competition. This project started in 1999 and construction finished in 2000.

Multi-Tenant Moscow, Idaho: An existing client, Inland Cellular, needed to relocate in Moscow. This project was designed and constructed for Inland Cellular as an anchor to a multi-tenant strip center located on Highway 8 opposite the University of Idaho. Construction started late 2010 and was completed in 2011.
