Interventional Pain Clinic and Surgery Center Lewiston, Idaho: Selkirk provided a full service fee development package for four Lewiston physicians. The full package included but was not limited to land purchase, design, entitlements, budgets, bidding, construction management, financing and management setup. This project was built in 2003.  

  Inland Cellular Lewiston, Idaho: We originally leased this company a small retail strip space. Inland Cellular’s business plan required a larger retail format. We designed and built a standalone building for this tenant on pad in the same development.  

  Home Depot Lewiston, Idaho: The developer group sold this parcel to Home Depot during the initial development phase. The parcel was carved out of solid rock.  Downtown Renovation Spokane, Washington: Selkirk invested into the revitalization of Second Avenue in downtown Spokane by renovating a rundown historical building being used as a warehouse. In addition to being Selkirk’s office, this building is now being utilized by three local retail businesses.  

 Downtown Historic Lewiston, Idaho: This building was purchased as a future development. The main objective for this project is to maintain the historical storefront for future generations.  

 Bostons Spokane, Washington: This project was developed for Boston’s out of Canada and completed in 2002. The pad was carved out of ShopKo’s parking area. Selkirk handled all of the entitlement processes for ShopKo to create this high exposure parcel.  

AutoZone Spokane Valley, Washington: The AutoZone is part of a multi-parcel land development located at the NEC of Evergreen Road and Sprague Avenue. Selkirk developed the AutoZone building in 2007.  

Applebees Lewiston, Idaho: Originally designed for an IHOP, this parcel is located on the main retail arterial in Lewiston. Part of a larger development this parcel is accessed from a signalized intersection. The lease is based on a combination ground rent and developer contribution rent.  

  AmericanWest Bank Lewiston, Idaho: Part of a larger development, American West Bank ground leases this parcel. The parcel is accessed at two signalized intersection and borders Walgreen’s and Panda Express.
